Yesterday, the film Al descubierto (She Said), based on the New York Times’ Pulitzer Prize-winning investigation into Harvey Weinstein’s abuse, was released in cinemas.
The film, directed by Maria Schrader, stars Carey Mulligan (Golden Globe nominee for Best Supporting Actress for her performance) and Zoe Kazan as the two New York journalists, Megan Twohey and Jodi Kantor, who broke the story. Together they will uncover one of the most important stories of a generation: the one that helped fuel the #MeToo movement, ended decades of sexual abuse and assault in Hollywood and changed American culture forever.
