Tomorrow Wednesday at 6pm, Centro Sefarad-Israel presents an online activity in which we will talk with the writer Norman Lebrecht, author of the book Genius and Anxiety. How Jews Changed the World, 1847-1947.

Between the mid-19th century and the 20th century, a handful of men and women changed the way we see the world. Some of them will forever be household names: Marx, Freud, Proust, Einstein, Bernhardt, Kafka. British writer Norman Lebrecht weaves together the stories of many of them in this book.

This conversation with Lebrecht will explore the lives, stories and contributions of some of these names that marked a before and after in their respective fields of work. It will look at how they achieved their accomplishments and what motivated them to contribute their genius and creativity to the society of their time. The conversation can be followed on Centro Sefarad-Israel’s YouTube channel, at this link.
