The Ambassador of Saudi Arabia in Spain, Azzam Abdulkarim Algain, has received the President of CEOE International, Marta Blanco, at the diplomatic representation, as a follow-up to the recent visit to our country of the Saudi Arabian Minister of Economy and Planning, Faisal F. Alibrahim.
During the meeting, the main areas of business cooperation were discussed and possible business and investment opportunities were identified in relation to the diversification of the Saudi Arabian economy and the Vision 2030 Plan.
In this regard, the meeting analysed possible actions in the sectors of agribusiness, water treatment, infrastructure, energy and tourism, among others, and stressed the importance of public-private collaboration in the development of strategic projects.
On the other hand, the president of CEOE International and the ambassador discussed possible collaborations between the two institutions, with the aim of increasing joint business activity, as well as bilateral trade and investment.
