The new Ambassador of Slovakia to Spain, Juraj Tomaga, presented last week the Copies of his Letters of Credence.

The presentation took place on the 20th at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the presence of the Ambassadors’ introducer, María Sebastián de Erice.

Juraj Tomaga, who replaces Jaroslav Blasko, has held the post of spokesperson of the Slovak Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs since February 2019, and will also be concurrent ambassador to Morocco and Andorra.

The new Slovak diplomatic representative held between 2011 and 2019, in two different periods, a post at the Slovak Embassy in Cuba and was stationed between 2006 and 2010 in Spain, as Consul of Slovakia in Madrid.

In addition, in 2011 he was a member of the OSCE observer mission for the elections in Belarus and in 2019 for the elections in Ukraine.
