The Diplomat
The new Estonian Ambassador to Madrid, Andres Rundu, presented last week the Style Copies of his Letters of Credence to the Chief of Protocol, María Sebastián de Erice. The event took place on the 5th at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This is the second time that Andres Rundu has served as Estonian Ambassador to Spain, as he also did so between 2004 and 2009.
Andres Rundu is therefore well acquainted with Spain, where he also studied at the Diplomatic School in Madrid before beginning his professional career, which has led him to be, among other things, Ambassador to Portugal, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Secretary of State for Economy, Trade and Development.
