The Diplomat
Jaroslaw Blasko, Slovakia’s Ambassador to Spain, will end next 30th his stay in our country, where he arrived more than four years ago.
Blasko, who returns to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bratislava, presented his Letters of Credence to the King on 6 June 2018 and since then has been intensely active in promoting relations between Spain and Slovakia.
He will now be replaced by Juraj Tomaga, who has held the post of spokesperson for the Slovak Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs since February 2019.
Juraj Tomaga will arrive in the coming weeks in Madrid, a city he already knows, as he was the Slovakian consul in the Spanish capital in the 1990s. He has also been posted to the Slovak Embassy in Cuba.
