The European Parliament Office in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana, 46) presents the report Towards an EU True Common Diplomacy on Thursday 15 September at 6pm.

If the goal is to become a truly global actor, the European Union cannot continue with the precarious intergovernmental instruments of its current foreign policy. Analysing the connection between its interests and objectives abroad and the toolbox at its disposal is a fundamental first step.

The event will be presented by Nacho Sánchez Amor, MEP, with the participation of Paula Lamoso (in the photo), Lecturer at Loyola Andalucía University; Ignacio Molina, Researcher at the Real Instituto Elcano; Pol Morillas, Director of CIDOB; Íñigo Méndez de Vigo, jurist and politician, and Salvador Rueda Rabanal, Director General of Integration and Coordination of General Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Union and Cooperation. Admission is free, but registration is required by sending an email to mel.ravelocordoves@europarl.europa.eu.
