Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares yesterday held a meeting with his Turkish counterpart, Mevlut Cavusoglu, in which he thanked him for Turkey’s efforts to achieve the agreement reached last July between Moscow and Kiev to allow the export of Ukrainian grain.
Albares, who was in Slovenia yesterday to take part in the Bled Strategic Forum, said on his Twitter account that he also discussed NATO enlargement, the situation in Libya and the reality of migration in the Mediterranean with Cavusolglu.
