The Diplomat
Gambian President Adama Barrow has appointed Nouha Touray as his new ambassador to Spain, replacing Habib Drammer, who has held the post since June 2019.
Nouah Touray had for just over two years been secretary general and head of the Civil Service in The Gambia, a post also held by his predecessor in Spain.
The new ambassador, who is expected to remain in the post for the next two years, will also be accredited as ambassador to Italy and Malta, with residence in Madrid.
