Acciona’s Academy Programme, of which the company has already carried out 13 editions, arrives in Peru this year, and students about to finish their university degrees will be able to benefit from it, offering them the opportunity to have their first contact with the professional world in a company that is committed to sustainable development.
According to the Spain-Peru Council Foundation, the programme, which has already been carried out in five other countries, consists of intensive online training for eight days, between 18 and 27 July, during which the selected students will be given the tools to boost their employability.
The selection process, which ended a few days ago, brings together students from Civil Engineering, Health Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Law, Business Administration and Management / Economics, Human Resources and Psychology.
During the programme, training workshops are organised on key skills (communication, leadership, teamwork, agile methodologies, digitalisation, negotiation, etc.), networking with Acciona’s key employees and orientation sessions with the human resources team.
Acciona, which specialises in renewable energies, is present in more than 40 countries on five continents, including Peru. The Spanish company, a leader in innovation and technological development, is looking for experts in promoting sustainable development and finding solutions to the world’s biggest challenges, such as global warming, overpopulation and water scarcity.
