The British film Mr. Wain (The Electrical Life Of Louis Waine), directed by Will Sharpe and starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Claire Foy, Andrea Riseborough and Toby Jones, opens today in Spanish cinemas.

An excellent performance by the star of films such as Doctor Strange and The Imitation Game, reflecting on the life of the unusual artist Louis Wain, whose great achievements attract the major publications of the time, in England in 1888. As he tries to combine his creativity with caring for his five young sisters and mother, two events will change his future: meeting Emily, who will be the love of his life; and adopting Peter, the pet that will inspire his art. The incredible love story of a hero famous worldwide for his paintings of humanised cats.
