Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan al Saud, will visit Spain on Monday, during which he will meet his Spanish counterpart José Manuel Albares.
During his stay in Madrid, Faisal bin Farhan al-Saud will also be received at the Zarzuela Palace by His Majesty the King, to whom he will convey the greetings of the Saudi sovereign, Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
During his visit, the Saudi Foreign Minister will have the opportunity to analyse the state of bilateral relations, one of the most important aspects of which -economic relations- was a focus of interest this week at the Saudi-Spanish Investment Forum held in Riyadh. There, the Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism. Reyes Maroto said that she hoped that there would be joint projects between companies from both countries, especially in sectors such as infrastructure, which Saudi Arabia is promoting with a focus on tourism.
In addition, Faisal bin Farhan al-Saud and Albares will be able to address international political issues, including the United States’ attempt to establish relations between Saudi Arabia and Israel.
