Presentation of the book ‘Journey to Hell’s Heart’, by Nuria Ramos

On Monday 30 May at 12 noon, the Asociación de la Prensa de Madrid and the Grupo Editorial Sial Pigmalión present the book Viaje al corazón del infierno (Journey to Hell’s Heart), by the academic and journalist Nuria Ramos.

 

The author of this book has spent decades as a social volunteer in third world countries and as a correspondent for RTVE in five Latin American countries and in seven others as a special envoy. Speakers at the event, which will take place in the Association’s assembly hall (Calle Juan Bravo, 6-entrance via Claudio Coello, 98), will include Vicente Vallés, journalist and prologue author of the book; Jesús Alemán, Venezuelan student and political prisoner in exile; Zugeimar Armas, mother of Neomar Lander, a young man murdered in a protest in Caracas; Basilio Rodríguez Cañada, president of Grupo Editorial Sial Pigmalión, and Nuria Ramos, author of the book.
