The Council of Ministers yesterday approved a royal decree granting the Collar of the Order of Isabella the Catholic to the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani.
Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani is scheduled to travel to Spain on the 17th and 18th, to make what will be his first official visit to our country since he succeeded his father, Emir Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, after his abdication in 2013.
One of the events scheduled to take place during the visit is the signing of an agreement between Spain and Qatar on the transfer of persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty.
