The Ambassador of Costa Rica, Ana Helena Chacón, received last April 18 the Gold Medal of Honor of the Royal Corps of the Nobility of the Principality of Asturias, during a lunch offered in her honor, in which she highlighted the strong historical and economic ties that unite San José and Madrid.

During the luncheon, presided over by the Corporation’s Master Councilor, Francisco de Borbón, Duke of Seville, the Corporation’s Institutional Relations Counselor, Alfredo Leonard, underscored the “invaluable help and collaboration” that the Costa Rican ambassador has provided to the Asturian entity.

The event was attended by the ambassadors of Estonia, Honduras, Guatemala, and Canada, and the ambassadors of Malaysia, the Czech Republic, El Salvador, Argentina, the Dominican Republic, Bulgaria, and Armenia.
