Paneuropa España is organising today at 12 noon in the auditorium of the Quintana Campus of the Rey Juan Carlos University (Calle Quintana, 21, Madrid) a conference on The day after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine: a new world order?
The conference will feature presentations by Florentino Portero (pictured), President of Paneuropa España, President of the International Relations Advisory Council of the Francisco de Vitoria University and Senior Research Associate and Member of the Scientific Council of the Elcano Royal Institute; Eugenio Nasarre, Member of Parliament (2000-2015); Gerardo Bugallo, former Spanish Ambassador to the Holy See and Ukraine; and Carlos Uriarte, Secretary General of Paneuropa España and Professor of Law at the URJC.
