Tomorrow at 8 p.m., the Instituto Francés de Madrid invites you to discover Entre noeuds, by Cie Circographie, a choreographic piece for three jugglers. This is the first piece born of the choreographic will of Asaf Mor, the show’s choreographer.
This piece is an encounter between three people, three singular universes where bodies and objects influence each other, juggling serves as a trigger for movement and the movements of the body provoke those of the objects. Gradually their juggling comes together, creating a dance where contact and interaction are perennial and collaboration becomes essential. Thus, each person’s universe of juggling and dancing is amplified and strengthened by the group. What is impossible on one’s own becomes possible thanks to the participation and help of others.
Circographie is a Lille-based company born from the meeting between Asaf Mor, Lucien Coignon and Milan Galy, three jugglers trained at the CRAC in Lomme, whose work mixes juggling and movement. Together they founded the company in 2019, with the desire to create links between the world of circus and dance, and to develop their own choreographic language, based on their personal research. Tickets for the show can be purchased at this link.
