The Spanish government yesterday “strongly” condemned the latest terrorist attack in Israel, which left two people dead.

In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Spain expresses its condolences to the families of the victims and wishes a “speedy recovery” to the injured,

The Spanish government also points out that “violence has no justification whatsoever”, and affirms that “Israel has Spain’s full support and collaboration in the fight against terrorism”.

The attack on Thursday night in the Ilka bar in Tel Aviv killed two people and injured ten, and is the fourth attack in Israel in less than two weeks. In total, thirteen people have already died in that time, victims of the attacks.

On 30 March, Spain issued another communiqué describing the attacks in Beersheba, Hadera and Bnei Brak as “unjustifiable” and expressing its strongest condemnation and support for Israel in its fight against terrorism.
