Tomorrow Thursday at 20:00, the Instituto Francés of Madrid is previewing the film Las cartas de amor no existen (Chère Léa), directed by Jérôme Bonnell and starring Grégory Montel, Anaïs Demoustier, Nadege Beausson-Diagne and Léa Drucker, in their main roles.

The film tells how Jonas, a forty-something Parisian, is still madly in love with his ex, Léa. After a drunken night out, he knocks on her door to confess his feelings but Lea rejects him. Scorned, he ends up in the café below her house and starts writing her a love letter, forgetting everything he had to do that day. With the help of a funny waiter and some neighbours in the neighbourhood, Jonas will confront his past relationships, an uncertain future and above all, himself. What begins as a last-ditch attempt to win back his ex will become a reflection on his life. To attend the preview, you need to book at this link.
