Casa Árabe is organising Women’s Week until Thursday 17 March, to mark International Women’s Day, with different activities at its headquarters in Madrid and Cordoba, including music, literature, oral narrative, film, etc.

This afternoon, and online, it is presenting A Special Greeting for Women’s Day: 4 exhibitions, 4 curators, 13 artists. The four exhibitions currently on show at Casa Árabe’s galleries in Madrid and Cordoba are curated by four women, with a total of 13 women artists exhibiting in them: Miradas en movimiento. Contemporary art from Mauritania, A world of scraps, Fables and evanescent flags, and Jiwar. Creative Neighbourhoods in the City. Several of them will share a greeting with Casa Árabe’s Instagram followers. The rest of the programme can be consulted at this link.
