Until 12 March, the exhibition hall of the Rectorate of the University of Malaga (Avenida de Cervantes, 2) presents the exhibition project Why not Korea?, which exhibits the work of ten Korean artists who contribute their personal vision in the field of visual arts, literature, K-Pop and cinema, and responds to the international interest in contemporary Korean art and Korean culture in general. The exhibition is organised by Casa Asia and the Vice-rectorate of Culture of the University of Málaga, with the collaboration of the Centro Cultural Coreano of Madrid.

The ten artists brought together in this exhibition, Cho Yea Jae, Do Ho Suh, Im Heung Soon, Jong Oh, Lee Jin Woo, Timothy Hyunsoo Lee, Won Ju Lim, Han Sungpil, Koo Jeong-A and the Moojin Brothers, are representative of the new generations and predominant contemporary trends, and their works are presented in five different formats through their interpretation of painting, video, photography, installation or sculpture.
