Tomorrow Thursday at 7.30 p.m., the Instituto Francés of Madrid opens the exhibition Mauvaises Tournures, by Baptiste Laurent, Yann Leto and Léo Faber, curated by Pablo Barrios Martínez, in its Galerie du 10.
The Instituto Francés supports a collaborative artistic project by three French artists based in Madrid and active in the Spanish contemporary art scene. The initiative was born from the alternative spaces of Madrid, in Usera, in Latolier’s artistic workshop, developing a new way of relating to the cultural and artistic institutions in the centre of the capital. They are three French painters who are not classically trained in Fine Arts. They all belong to the neo-figuration artistic movement (classical, social and Renaissance), although their practices must be qualified by the use of different pictorial techniques. Free admission until full capacity is reached. Tickets must be booked through this link.
