His Majesty the King will preside over the ceremony for the presentation of Letters of Credence to six new ambassadors on the 13th at the Royal Palace.

The Ambassadors of Luxembourg, Christian Biever; of Finland, Sari Rautio; of Ireland, Frank Smyth; of Egypt, Youssef Diaeldin Mekkawy; of Algeria, Said Moussi; and of Indonesia, Muhammad Najib are expected to present their Letters of Credence on that day.

The presentation of the Letters of Credence will allow the new ambassadors to attend the reception offered by Felipe VI to the Diplomatic Corps, which is usually held at the end of January.

The last ceremony for the presentation of Letters of Credence took place on 4 October last year.
