The author of Homage to Goethe-Diplomacy and Literature, is diplomat and historian, and he has proposed in this work to offer the reader his personal tribute to the figure of Goethe, through an analysis of his biography, which highlights diplomatic links, and the translation of his sonnets for the first time into Spanish verse.
Miguel Ángel Ochoa Brun is Ambassador of Spain and Full Member of the Royal Academy of History. Also in line with both vocations, he has written a History of Spanish Diplomacy, which has so far reached thirteen volumes. To these must be added numerous other publications on historical subjects, as well as teaching at the Diplomatic School, which he once directed, and lectures and participation in historical congresses in Spain and abroad.
