The innovative vocalist and composer Ada Montellanico (pictured), accompanied by the well-known musicians Enrico Zanisi, Jacopo Ferrazza and Alessandro Paternesi, will round off the In Scena a Palazzo cycle at the Instituto Italiano de Cultura this evening and tomorrow at 8 pm.
Tencology, this evening, presents numerous songs from Tenco’s repertoire, along with others that have never been performed before, in a completely new tone. But the repertoire is expanded with other gems from the history of singer-songwriters, such as songs by Fossati, Bersani and others, in which poetic and melodic power intertwine in a magnetic embrace. The intimate and elegant dimension of the performance and the original cross-cutting and jazz arrangements will shed a new light and highlight some of the most intense compositions belonging to the great and varied songbook of Italian music. Jazz Night will close the cycle tomorrow with a special concert where Enrico Zanisi on piano, Jacopo Ferrazza on double bass and Alessandro Paternesi on drums will bring to life, together with Ada Montellanico, exciting musical stories. Free admission, with advance booking, by writing to confirmaciones.iicmadrid@gmail.com and indicating name and surname, telephone contact of all persons for whom the booking is requested and, in the subject of the e-mail, the concert for which you wish to book.
