Cátedra China, with the collaboration of Casa Asia and the Spanish Embassy in China, organises tomorrow Tuesday at 10 am the online meeting entitled Bilateral relations and development prospects in China, which will be held by Rafael Dezcallar (in the photo), Spanish ambassador in China, and the journalist and writer Georgina Higueras, and will be presented by Javier Parrondo, director general of Casa Asia.

The speakers will address the prospects for development in China in the near future, starting from their contextualisation within the framework of bilateral relations with this country. Rafael Dezcallar, ambassador to China since 2018, has a long career as a professional diplomat after having held the post of Spanish ambassador to Ethiopia (2003-2004) and as Spanish ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany (2008-2012), after having been director general of Foreign Policy between 2004 and 2008. Georgina Higueras is respectively vice-president of Cátedra China and director of the Asia Forum at the Fundación Foro de Foros and a journalist specialising in Asia.
