After a long and complex period marked by the pandemic, the Hungarian Consulate General in Barcelona organised the Smart City: Smart Future workshop in the framework of the Smart City Expo on 18 November at the Real Club de Tenis Barcelona.
The aim of the meeting was to intensify relations, fostering and strengthening bilateral collaborations, as well as to underline the role of key technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT/AIoT and Big Data in shaping the future of urban spaces. At the event several Hungarian companies, among others Tungsram, Grape Solutions, Waterscope, Smart Lynx, Beyond Visual, Mollia, RoboGaze, HeatVentors, realCity presented their innovations in front of the Spanish public and private sector. Also, during the event, the business opportunities offered by Hungary were presented.
