Coinciding with the celebration, in 2021, of the Seventh Centenary of the Death of Dante Alighieri (1321-2021), the series Dante’s Women, organised by the Ateneo de Madrid (Historical Sciences Section and Clara Campoamor Group) and the Círculo de Bellas Artes, is being presented.

This evening at 7 p.m. in the Sala Ramón Gómez de la Serna of the Círculo, Rosario Scrimieri (Emeritus Professor of the UCM) will speak on Piccarda and Costanza. Likewise, tomorrow, in the same room and at the same time, Carlota Cattermole (professor at the UCM) will speak on Lecturae dantis. Finally, on the 30th of this month at 7 p.m. in the Sala Valle-Inclán, Valerio Rocco (UAM, CBA) will give a lecture entitled: Papá, where is God? A reading of canto XXXIII of Paradise.
