On Tuesday 2 November at 19.30, the Theatre of the Instituto Francés in Madrid will host the French writer and intellectual Édouard Louis, one of the freshest and most promising writers in contemporary French literature.
On the occasion of the stage adaptation of his novel Para acabar con Eddy Bellegueule (Salamandra, 2015), the Institute invites you to participate in a public meeting with the writer, who will talk with Isabelle Le Galo about the theatricalisation of his work and the fight against LGTBI discrimination through literature and the performing arts. The theatrical version of Para acabar con Eddy Bellegueule, a show by LaJoven directed by José Luis Arellano, can be seen until 14 November at the Teatro de La Abadía.
