With the presence for the first time of the new Minister of Foreign Affairs, José Manuel Albares, six ambassadors delivered their Letters of Credence to His Majesty King Felipe VI yesterday in the traditional ceremony held at the Palacio de Oriente in Madrid.

 

The new heads of Mission accredited to Spain are Maria Manuela dos Santos Lucas, from the Republic of Mozambique; Burak Akçapar, from the Republic of Turkey; Ramiz Hasanov, from the Republic of Azerbaijan; Ademola Rasaq Seriki, from the Federal Republic of Nigeria; Shujjat Ali Rathore, from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan; and Nils Haugstveit, from the Kingdom of Norway.

 

All of them spent a few minutes with the King and the Minister of Foreign Affairs after the ceremony held in the Throne Room.
