From the 15th of September to the 25th of November, Casa de México’s private gastronomic workshops are back, where you can learn, together with friends, family or colleagues, how to cook Mexican recipes with the help of a chef who will guide you step by step.
These workshops are a complete experience that begins with a half-hour guided tour of Casa de México’s exhibitions and tequila collection, before moving on to the gastronomic classroom (a professional kitchen) where a professional chef or cook will be waiting to start the cooking workshop. The participants will cook the dishes with the help of the chef before tasting and dining. You can choose one of the four options available, each one about a specific type of Mexican gastronomy: Tacos, Pacific Cuisine, Mexican Antojitos or Mayan Gastronomy. The price per workshop is 300 € and includes the material and raw material to develop the workshop, participants just have to be eager to cook and enjoy Mexican food. Duration of the workshop: 2 hours (from 19 to 21 h). To book a date it is necessary to do so one week before the date of the workshop, for cancellations it is necessary to communicate fifteen days in advance.
