Diplomat Christian Celdrán Khul will be the second ambassadorial introducer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, taking over the post held by María Sebastián de Erice, until her appointment as director general of Protocol, Chancellery and Orders, The Diplomat has learned from diplomatic sources.

Celdrán will head the Sub-Directorate General for Travel and Official Visits and will be in charge of receiving the Style Copies of the new ambassadors to Spain, in the event that the Director General of Protocol and Ambassador Introducer cannot do so.

Christian Celdrán was currently stationed at the Spanish Embassy in Berlin, after having been Consul in Havana.
