The Diplomat
Egypt’s Ambassador to Madrid, Omar Ahmed Abdul Wahab Selim, has informed the Spanish authorities of the end of his mission in Spain, The Diplomat has learned from diplomatic sources.
Omar Selim presented his Letters of Credence to the King in January 2018, and is now leaving his post, after three and a half years in our country.
The ambassador spent the last few months preparing for Pedro Sánchez’s visit to Egypt, which was to begin this Tuesday, but which has been postponed due to the Prime Minister’s desire to follow the evacuation tasks from Afghanistan from Spain.
