Another Spanish plane with 177 people on board from Afghanistan landed last night at Torrejón air base, bringing the total number of Afghans evacuated by our country to 445, in different flights.
The plane, as in previous flights, belongs to Air Europa, and has been contracted by the Ministry of Defence to transport the evacuees from Dubai to Madrid. Between Kabul and Dubai, the operations are carried out by the three A400M aircraft deployed by the Spanish Air Force.
Of the passengers on this flight, 110 are people who cooperated with Spain and the rest with the United States. All of them were installed in the camp set up at the base by Spain to provide them with temporary shelter until their distribution to other points.
