Javier Elorza, Ambassador Permanent Representative of Spain to the European Union (1996-2000). Ambassador of Spain to Russia (2004-2007), will close tomorrow at 12 noon the III Cycle of Digital Meetings Great Powers: Russia, organised by the Instituto de Cuestiones Internacionales y Política Exterior (INCIPE), in collaboration with the Spain-Russia Council Foundation.
The conference, entitled Russia in a Globalised World and the European Union: Interactions, Tensions and Autonomy, will be presented by Manuel Alabart, Secretary General of INCIPE and Ambassador of Spain, and will be moderated by Vicente Garrido, Director General of INCIPE. The activity will take place in a virtual format and will be freely accessible through the Institute’s YouTube channel. Questions are invited to Javier Elorza in the YouTube chat, on INCIPE’s Twitter account or by sending an email. The conversation can be followed on social media using the hashtag #GreatPowersRussia.
