LGBTIQ+ activism, concert by Javiera Mena at Casa América
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Within the II Edition Armarios Abiertos. LGBTIQ+ Activism in Ibero-America, Casa América offers a concert by the Chilean artist Javiera Mena without an audience in person, only through our YouTube channel.

With her characteristic electropop style, Javiera Mena, a Latin LGBT artist, is one of the great artists of both her country and Latin America. She is also a singer-songwriter and record producer and has given concerts all over the world. This online concert is part of the AECID project that aims to make diverse voices and LGBTIQ+ activism visible in Latin America. Thus, music becomes a unique exponent of sexual diversity, identities and genders. The concert will be open from today at 9pm until Sunday 4 July at 3am.
