Aena will bring terminals T2 and T3 at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport into service as of 1 July, making it fully operational again for the first time since the pandemic began.
Passengers who are going to travel in the next few days and who have their return flight on 1 July or later should check with their airline, as their arrival terminal could be different to the one used on the outbound flight, according to a statement from Aena.
In addition, the Plaza Mayor (T2) and Cibeles (T1) lounges will reopen, which, like the lounges already in operation in terminals T4 and T4S, will have their capacity reduced to 50 per cent.
From 1 July, the shuttle bus service between terminals will also stop at Terminal T3, maintaining its frequency every 10 minutes at peak times.
Aena will put terminals T2 and T3 at Barajas Airport into service from 1 July, which will thus become fully operational once again.
