The Centro Cultural Coreano in Spain is once again opening its doors to the public with an exhibition, starting on 9 June, entitled Exchange of Artistic Perspectives: Spain-Korea, which features contemporary art from Spain and Korea.
The exhibition, which can also be enjoyed online at home with a virtual tour that will be available on the Centre’s website from Tuesday 15 June, is part of the Korean Cultural Festival in Madrid, commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Centro Cultural Coreano in Spain. The exhibition will feature 21 works of different artistic genres such as painting, sculpture and video art selected by galleries from the two countries. The Galleries Association of Korea has selected 12 works whose authors have attracted worldwide attention thanks to the particular techniques they apply in their works as well as their commitment to innovative concepts. The exhibition also includes Spanish galleries that have participated with 9 works of contemporary art in the Kiaf Art Seoul. These are Galería Ansorena, Pigment Gallery and Galería STOA.
