The Fundación Excelentia presents two impressive concerts featuring the composers Berlioz and Beethoven. They will take place in the Symphonic Hall of the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid at 19.30.
On Tuesday 1 June, an unforgettable concert will take place, with two masterpieces for two great performers. The famous Symphonie Fantastique by Berlioz and the majestic Concerto for Piano and Orchestra No. 4 by Beethoven. With piano virtuoso Inon Barnatan and conducted by Guy Brausntein, for many years the concertmaster of the Berlin Philharmonic. They will be accompanied by the Orquesta Clásica Santa Cecilia. A few days later, on Friday 4 June, it will be the turn of Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, with the same orchestra, accompanied by the Sociedad Coral Excelentia de Madrid, conducted by Kynan Johns, with soprano Verónica Tello, tenor Shalva Mukeria, mezzo-soprano Daniela Vladimirova and bass Vittorio de Campo, who will also perform the Overture “Leonora”, by the German composer.
