Paneuropa Spain is organising this evening at 7pm a webinar entitled Ukraine as a European Vector: Current Situation and Possible Scenarios, which will feature Ukrainian diplomat Pavlo Klimkin and Nicolás Pascual de la Parte, Ambassador-at-Large for Cybersecurity and Hybrid Threats.
Pavlo Klimkin was Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine from 2014 to 2019, and currently Director of the European, Regional and Russian Studies Programme at the Ukrainian Institute for the Future in Kyiv. Nicolás Pascual de la Parte will ask the guest different questions following a colloquium scheme, in order to know his opinion related to different current issues. Afterwards, there will be an open discussion with the participants present in the online session. The event will be held in English, through the Zoom platform.
