On 13 and 19 May at 19.30, the Fundación Excelentia presents an extraordinary concert at the Symphonic Hall of the Auditorio Nacional of Music in Madrid, featuring the music of Nabucco, Aida, Il Trovatore, Tannhausser, Madama Butterfly and other great opera choruses.

The Orquesta Clásica Santa Cecilia, together with the Sociedad Coral Excelentia de Madrid and conducted by Gzregorz Nowak, will perform operatic pieces as beautiful as Wagner’s The Master Singers of Nuremberg; the overture to La Forza del Destino and the Zíngaras and Matador Chorus from Verdi’s La Traviata; the Coro a bocca chiusa from Puccini’s Madama Butterfly; the Overture to Rossini’s Barber of Seville and the Va pensiero from Verdi’s Nabucco. Tickets can be obtained at this link or by calling 91 4574061 / 91 4583089 or sending an email to reservas@fundacionexcelentia.org.
