More than ever, the revolution brought about by technological development tends to obscure the industrial reality and its underlying environmental impacts. However, it is essential to focus on these issues. While artificial intelligence brings with it environmental risks, it is also the bearer of solutions to prevent them. Speakers will include Jean-Michel Casa, French Ambassador; Eva Gallardo Gutiérrez, First Vice-President of the Spanish Royal Mathematical Society; Cédric Villani, mathematician, Fields Medal 2010, and Rosa Martin Tristán, science journalist specialising in environmental issues.
