On 28 April at 19.30, the Sociedad de Conciertos La Filarmónica presents the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, together with pianist Varvara and violinist Fumiaki Miura, in a programme dedicated to Mozart.
Violin Concerto No. 5, in A major, K 219, Symphony No. 29, in A major, K 201/186th and Piano Concerto No. 8, in C major, K 246 (Lützow Concert) make up the programme of this concert. The Vienna Chamber Orchestra is the leading orchestra of Europe’s most musical city. In its 75 years of existence, the orchestra has worked closely with conductors such as Carlo Zecchi, Philippe Entremont, Yehudi Menuhin, Sándor Végh, among others. The orchestra has its regular season in the Vienna Konzerthaus. For this occasion, they have invited violinist Fumiaki Miura and pianist Varvara, two young artists who have the devotion and sense of style necessary to be good interpreters of Mozart.
