Joaquín Almunia (pictured), one of Spain’s most experienced international politicians, particularly in the field of the European Union, will participate as a speaker. He was Vice-President and European Commissioner for Competition between 2010 and 2014, having previously been European Commissioner for Economic and Monetary Affairs between 2004 and 2010. Juan Moscoso, APEE Treasurer, Economist, and Cristina Manzano, APEE Communications Officer, Director of Esglobal, will comment on the event.
