The Instituto de Estudios Históricos Bances y Valdés of the Principality of Asturias, in collaboration with the Embassy of Costa Rica and the Corps of the Nobility of the same Principality, are organising the conference Costa Rica, the best kept secret, to be given by the Ambassador of the Central American country in Spain, Ana Helena Chacón.
