The Fundación Consejo España-EE.UU. and INCIPE will be talking to the Democratic Senator Tim Kaine (pictured) on Monday 22 March at 6 p.m. about What is at stake in the United States?

Tim Kaine, Senator for the state of Virginia and candidate for the Vice-Presidency of the United States in 2016, will participate in the II Cycle of Digital Meetings Great Powers: United States organised by the two institutions. A staunch advocate of the recovery of the Spanish heritage in the history of the United States, Senator Kaine served as honorary president of the United States-Spain Council between 2014 and 2018. In recognition of his great work at the head of this institution and his contribution to strengthening relations between Spain and the United States, in 2017 the Foundation awarded him the 7th Bernardo de Gálvez Award. The meeting, which will be held in English, will be presented by the President of the Foundation and Vice-President of INCIPE, Juan Lladó, and will be broadcast live on the Foundation’s YouTube channel.
