The Instituto Internacional and the Instituto Franklin-UAH are organising a round table discussion on 23 March at 6 p.m. on the presence of women in the United States Congress through the figure of Edith Nourse Rogers, the second longest serving woman in the US Congress.
The event will be attended by Antonio Daniel Juan Rubio, author of the book La mujer en el Congreso estadounidense a partir de 1920: el caso de Edith Nourse Rogers, and Cristina Crespo, General Coordinator of the Instituto Franklin-UAH.
