Representatives of the Russian Embassy in Spain have received the head of Diplomatic Relations of the Quirónsalud Hospital Group, Ignacio Llorente, with whom they discussed issues related to the care of patients from Russia and the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.
According to the diplomatic representation, the meeting was attended by the Head of the Medical Service and several diplomats from the Embassy, to whom Llorente expressed Quironsalud’s interest in developing collaboration with Russian medical institutions.
The representative of the hospital group also stressed that the company has significant experience in caring for patients from Russia, including providing linguistic support.
Embassy officials mentioned that in recent months the Russian diplomatic mission has frequently received numerous requests from Spaniards wishing to purchase the Russian vaccines Sputnik V and EpiVacCorona.
