The proliferation of fake news and misleading information is testing democratic systems, creating confusion, subverting political discourse and polarizing citizens. New technologies play a prominent role in their dissemination, multiplying their impact in diverse environments vulnerable to misinformation. How to combat it? What role should the media, political institutions and the educational field play? During the session, Learn to Check will be presented, the first web platform focused on training against misinformation, media education and training in digital verification that wants to become a very useful tool for the educational community, the general public and about all young people can face the threat of misinformation.
