In the cycle Environment and the Mediterranean, Casa Mediterráneo presents this afternoon on its website at 7pm the event entitled Green hydrogen: key to the management of renewable energies, in which the CSIC researcher and L’Oréal-UNESO “For Women in Science” 2021 Award winner, María Retuerto (in the photo), will take part. She will talk about this energy source that is produced from renewable energies and is shaping up to be one of the most important sources of the future.
Also, next Wednesday at 12.55 p.m. and as part of the Myths of the Mediterranean cycle, another storytelling session will be given by the writer Raquel López from the IES Thader de Orihuela (Alicante). Classical myths have transcended the passage of time and are part of our collective imagination and our culture. Threads that weave myths is a show with which Casa Mediterráneo wants to bring the world of mythology closer to young people. Ariadne, Theseus and the Minotaur are the main characters, as well as their mothers. Finally, on Thursday 4th March at 11 am there will be a Permanent Seminar University of Alicante – Casa Mediterráneo entitled Climate Change in the Mediterranean, with the professor of the University of Zaragoza Sergio Salinas, and the researcher of the Spanish Institute of Strategic Studies (IEEE), Mar Hidalgo.
